On 64 bit OS Sage 50 uses MAPI32.DLL in c:\windows\sysWOW64 to If the key isn't there, even if MAPI is perfectly ready to go, Sage 50 can't 'see' it. Sage 50 Canadian uses the key above to know whether MAPI is installed. The fix, in all cases, was to add this registry key: ![]() ![]() We are running 32 bit Outlook 2013 and now 2016 on 10 64 bit (Win 8.1 and Win 7 workstations, and were unable to send email from all but two of them from the (totally different) Canadian Sage 50 software.
